He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial and at the Lych Gate at Paston Church, Peterborough. He was the son of James and Florence Cain of 400 Gladstone Street in Peterbrough and was married to Rose. Additional Information: | Thomas Cain was from Greenford, Middlesex. His parents moved to Peterborough (where his mother was from) around the time WWI broke out. Thomas and Rose's daughter Florence Mary Cain was born on the 30th November 1916, not long after her father's death.Jayne
