Dear Sir
On April 17th 1918 I received a notice from you to the effect that my husband No 11646 Bombardier, F W Blute RFA B/156 Bde had been admitted into the 7th Stationary Hospital, Wimereux, France on the 6th April 1918 with gas and shell wounds, Since then I have only received two letters from him which is very unusual, his last address being Name & Number A Troop 13th camp RH & RFA Base Depot France. So I am writing this letter to you hoping you will be kind enough to try and find his present location.
Thanking you in anticipation
Yours Respectfully
A E Blute
P.S
