Royal Flying Corps 104 Squadron

According to his Military file from the National Archives, Evans McKay flew on reconnaissance missions and was quite successful.
According to the Canadian Annual Review War Series 1917 he was promoted to Flight Commander in 1917.
At the end he was shot down and crashed. He survived and was taken as a POW by the Germans. At the conclusion of the war he was released and he returned to England where he officially released from the RCF. He returned home to Toronto, Canada.
