Lance Corporal Moses Beckerwick, son of Joseph and Rebecca Inskip of Arthur Street, Ampthill was born in Middlesex. He served with the 4th Battalion Middlesex Regiment. He was killed in action on 15th of October 1914 in France and Flanders and is buried in Arras Road Cemetery, France. He is remembered on The War Memorial, St. Andrews Church, Ampthill.
