204860 Cpl. Sydney Jack Newcombe British Army Royal Signals from:Barnstaple, Devon I would love to know something of my late father's involvement in WWII. Jack Newcombe was in North Africa,Sudan,Cairo,Alexandria,Khartoum,Egypt with the Royal Signals. I think he was a despatch rider. He told me next to nothing of the war and he died aged 59, before I was to become interested. I would be most grateful for any information.
