Terence Alfred Pettit
South African Army Royal Durban Light Infantry
from:Durban, South Africa
I recall my father, Terence Alfred Pettit of Durban, South Africa, telling us he was taken in Tobruk during WWII. He was in a German POW camp for 3 years but I don’t know where. Unfortunately I don’t even know what battalion he fought in, but I do know he represented the Royal Durban Light Infantry.
