208399 L/Bdr. Cyril Dyson British Army Royal Artillery from:Swinton, Manchester, Lancashire, England My father, Cyril Dyson, was captured in Hazebrook, 1939 and was a POW in Stalag VIIIb, Lamsdorf. He survived the "long march to freedom". I have his "little black book" in which he listed all the places he marched through during that horrendous winter of 1945. I will upload the images and transcriptions for others to share. I will also scan the various photographs that he managed to hold on to.
