I am trying to find out more about my father, James Swatton. I think he may have been in the Royal Berks as I think he went to re-unions in Reading. He served in WW2 in India and Burma as a stretcher bearer. I do have a picture of him in uniform and another with his mates which I think was pre-embarkation.
