Sgt. Brian Gilmore "Hodge" Hodgkinson
Royal Canadian Air Force Squadron 401
from:Winnepeg, Canada
My father, Sgt Brian G. Hodgkinson of Winnepeg, Canada, flew in the 401 Squadron of the RCAF and was shot down by Adolf Galland. He spent 4 years in prison camp beginning in France where he was shot down. I have a painting of my dad done while he was in prison camp by a painter named Nethercote. It says "Nethercote - 43 " it is a great likeness of my then very young father.
