Edrew Duckworth was held at POW Camp Fukuoka 17 in Japan. His name is on the Clyde Maru POW roster containing the names of the 500 Americans sent from Manila to Moji, Japan, aboard the Clyde Maru from 23rd of July to 9th of August 1943. The men were transported by train from Moji station to camp Fukuoka 17 at Omuta, Kyushu, arriving on the 10th of August 1943.
