William Harvey died aged 25, born in Hebburn in 1917 he was the son of William John and Wilhelmina Turner Harvey (nee McAulay) of 14 Morpeth Avenue, Jarrow.
John is remembered on the Tower Hill Memorial and is commemorated on the WW2 Roll of Honour Plaque in the entrance of Jarrow Town Hall.
