Ellen Potts died aged 4 in an air raid at Harold Street, Jarrow. She was born in Jarrow in 1936, daughter of William and Mary Ellen Potts (nee Weightman) of 15 Gray Street. She is buried in Jarrow Cemetery and is commemorated on the WW2 Roll of Honour Plaque in the entrance of Jarrow Town Hall.
