In my area of Normandy, France I could witness, unfortunately, a lot of crashes: a Witley from 24 OTU, a B17 from 384 BG, one Halifax from 139 Squadron. A Mosquito from 487 Squadron was shot down by flak located near our garden. All these airmen died for us. We don't forget them.
