My grandad was born on 20th October 1914. He enlisted in Redruth, Cornwall on 8th May 1940 and joined the Royal Engineers. He was a pioneer. He mentioned the Rhine and 720 Road Construction Comapny, the home postal centre in 1944/45 and BOAR.
