My father-in-law, P/O Malcolm MacDonald or Mal, was stationed at Sawbridgeworth on 22nd May 1944. He was with 126 Sqdn and came there from Culmhead. He was with the squadron when it was in Italy. He stayed with 126 Sqdn until it was disbanded in late 1944.
