Royal Navy HMS Prometheus

Stan Johnson served on HMS Prometheus, I'm not sure when when he joined the service but I'm trying to find any of his former colleagues. I know he was in mine and bomb disposal and that he was awarded the British Empire Medal, Gazetted on 29th June 1943 "Diving - BEM awarded for leadership, bravery and skill in the performance of diving operations of a hazardous nature" . Stan unfortunately died in 1993. Do you remember him?
