231158 Pte Charles Rose British Army 2nd Battalion Kings Liverpool Regiment from:Liverpool (d.22nd May 1946) Charles Rose was my grandfather he died in Greece in 1946, 5 years before I was born. He is buried at Phaleron War Cemetery, just outside Athens. My grandmother age 37 was left with 7 children to raise on her own. She did a wonderful job, returning to work full time to support her family. I am researching Charles' Army career.
