L/Cpl. Henry Hunter
British Army 1st. Battalion Black Watch
from:Stirling, Scotland
(d.11th June 1940)
We never met our Uncle Henry Hunter, son of Henry and Mary Hunter of Stirling, Scotland. All we know of him was that he was killed in France aged 22, and was laid to rest in Houdetot Churchyard France. RIP Henry. You are still thought of and talked about. Only known picture of Henry is shown, the others in the photo could be Pte O'Shea and Pte Matzger. The other Pte is unknown.
