Flight Lieutenant (Pilot) John Braund was the Son of William Powell and Greta Emily Braund, of Pinner, Middlesex. He was aged 22 when he died and is buried in the Skaelskor General Cemetery in Denmark. His brother Marwood Paul Braund also fell.
