237615 Capt. George E. Huntley British Army 29th Station Transport Coy. Royal Army Service Corps from:77 Hatherley Road, Cheltenham, Glocestershire. George Huntley is my grandfather. We know very little about him as my mother never knew her father. The information was passed to my mother by her aunt who brought her up. She was told that he died in the war and the details of his rank and unit were given to her. He was married and had an affair which is how my mother arrived on the scene. My mother's aunts did not talk about it and my grandmother died in childbirth.
