My father Kenneth Sayer didn't say much about his experiences during the war. He did tell me he rode a motorcycle across France and Holland. He guarded prisoners of war who were exhausted, as he was. He was called out to shoot a bull that was out of control! He passed away in 2001 aged 80 years old and I still miss him.
