William Raymond Carruthers Royal Artillery 190th (6th Btn Royal Warwickshire) Bty. 10th Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment from:Manchester, Lancs (d.7th April 1942 ) Raymond Carruthers was my cousin 1x removed. He was the son of my aunt Florrie and William Francis Carruthers. Raymond died age 20 as a gunner defending Malta. My dad's cousin Marjorie Claybourne b.1925 nee Brown (also my cousin 1x removed) is still alive and has planned to visit his gravesite in Pieta later this year (summer 2017).
