Harry Thompson is my father he served from 1940 to his discharge in 1946.
He delivered supplies to various army depots throughout the UK during WW2. He was involved in the build up for the siege of Turbuk. He married my mother in Yorkshire in 1945 before being posted to India, following his return to the UK he was discharged in 1947.
