Flight Lieutenant (Pilot) Hugh Hope was the husband of Mary Violet Hope of Edmonton. He had studied at the University of Alberta and graduated a Batchelor of Arts. He was aged 26 when he died and is buried in the Nieuwe-Schans General Cemetery, Groningen, Netherlands.
