Maurice Haycock was the son of George Aubrey Catley Haycock and of Vera Muriel Haycock (nee Harvey) of Brightwater, Nelson and husband of Gladys Maude Haycock, of Brightwater.
He was 27 when he died and is buried in the Brightwater (St. Paul) Anglican Cemetery, Tasman District, New Zealand.
