William Medhurst, 9th Durham Light Infantry was killed on the 14th of June 1944, he was 30 years old. Son of Michael Frank and Edith Medhurst, husband of Gwendoline Edith Lilian Medhurst of Dartford, Kent. He is buried in the Bayeux War Cemetery
