250482 Gunner Harry Wood Royal Navy HMS Dainty from:Stockport, Cheshire, UK Harry Wood was a family member, he served on HMS Dainty as a Gunner and on other ships. He was also a drummer in the band. He served on a ship when Princess Elizebeth and Prince Phillip and other Royal Family sailed on board ship to cross the equator. The Royals played games on deck. Not sure which ship this was. But the sailors were given a book with a group photo of the sailors on deck.
