My grandfather Corporal Andrew Marshall was part of 32nd Tank Brigade and reported missing in Tobruk on 20th of June 1942. He was later reported captured and subsequently held in Campo di Fossoli in Northern Italy. He was moved to Germany at some point in 1944 and held in Stalag 11a until it was liberated.
I would love to hear from anyone that has details of his time in the camp, or from anyone that has photos of British soldiers in the camp.
