John Dall was transferred from the Glasgow Highlanders (Mountain Division) sometime at the end of hostilities or just before and served as a medical orderly at a hospital in Northern Germany with the Royal Norfolk Regiment. As the eldest son, I have his Royal Norfolk Association lapel badge. Unfortunately John passed away just short of his 91st birthday in May 2012 so I am unable at this time to confirm any further detail.
