This is all the information I have. I picked up a book from a charity book stall in Tesco at Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The book was called Meteorological Handbook for Pilots and Navigators and was issued by the Ministry of Defence in 1942. F/Lt. H. G. Vincent's name was written on the first page, obviously by himself to show he was the owner. I am hoping to get more information.
