Royal Navy HMS Afrikander

I am working on a transcription project of the Library of Virginia (USA) where there is a WW2 scrapbook of Neville A. Miroy who served in the RN as an enlisted man and was possibly promoted. He served on a number of ships including HMS Prince of Wales. The last page is devoted to HMS Afrikander, and pasted to the page is what I assume is his uniform cap ribbon bearing that name.
