Annie Goodwin
Royal Ordnance Factory Aycliffe
from:Bowburn, Durham
My mother, Annie Goodwin worked in the Aycliffe Factory during WW2
That is all I know. She may have been in a supervisory role, because she always seemed to be. She was also a member of the WRVS during the war.
She lived in the mining village of Bowburn, where my father Walter Goodwin was an electrician, which is 4 miles from Durham city.
