Francis Davey, born 1919 to William James Davey and Elsie Florence Hunt died in action in Burma in 1945. He was buried at Taukkyan War Cemetery. He was twenty five years old. The inscription chosen by hos parents reads: Dearer still as years depart, your memory lives within our hearts.
