He is buried at Silloth (Causewayhead) Cemetery, Holme Low, Cumbria. RAF Silloth was the home base of 1 OTU from its formation the first of January 1940 until it moved to RAF Thornaby, Yorkshire on the 24th of March 1943. S F Cleworth was the son of Charles Warburton Ingle and Ethel May Cleworth, and was listed on the Honour Roll at Malvern Collegiate Institute in Toronto.
